1. About the Liffyy Platform
Liffyy is a technology-enabled national healthcare marketplace that connects patients across India with independent licensed healthcare providers, including Registered Medical Practitioners (doctors), diagnostic laboratories, licensed retail pharmacies, and qualified home healthcare assistants.
Liffyy is a platform intermediary. Liffyy does not practice medicine, diagnose ailments, provide clinical medical advice, or dispense prescription medications directly. All clinical evaluations, prescriptions, and test results are the exclusive responsibility of the respective licensed healthcare providers.
2. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Liffyy is NOT an emergency response service. If you or someone you know is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, acute trauma, severe chest pain, or respiratory distress, please call 112 / 108 or proceed immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
3. User Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings on Liffyy. Parents or legal guardians may manage bookings for minors via Family Profiles.
- Authentication is secured via Mobile OTP. You are responsible for safeguarding your registered mobile device and session tokens.
- Each user agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal and medical information during service intake.
4. Booking, Pricing & Payments
- Submitting a booking request reserves an appointment or initiates enquiry triage. Prices for lab tests and diagnostic packages are clearly displayed before payment.
- Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways. Online charges include applicable GST and collection fees where indicated.
- Where Pay at Collection or Pay on Delivery is available, payment must be handed directly to the verified representative upon receipt.
5. Telemedicine Consultations
- Teleconsultations adhere to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- The consulting doctor reserves full clinical discretion to determine whether a virtual consultation is appropriate or whether an in-person physical examination or emergency visit is necessary.
- Consultations are conducted over encrypted WebRTC video and audio channels. Sessions are never recorded without explicit, two-party informed consent.
6. Pharmacy & Prescription Orders
- Orders for Schedule H, H1, and X prescription medications strictly require a valid, legible digital prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.
- Partner licensed pharmacies fulfill orders and verify prescriptions before dispatch. The pharmacy invoice and pharmacist contact details are provided with delivered packages.
